• Skillfully Evaluate Property Condition Coordinate the execution of contract with owner
• Prepare Rental Market Analysis
• Know the laws that pertain to leasing; Be an owner resource for Fair Housing, ADA and Habitability Standards
• Market through MLS, www.RentAHomeWithUs.com and other websites
• Learn prospecting skills and prospect monthly
• Introduce owners and tenants to 24/7 online portals for statements, payments and repairs
• Commit to timely communication with owners, tenants/agents vendors & BHHS Staff
• Screen tenants for acceptance or denial of applications
• Order Attorney prepared lease and facilitate execution of all parties
• Attend to tenant repair needs promptly with dispatcher
• Perform rent collection and lease compliance enforcement
• Coordinate move-in, move-out and renewal using a professional inspection service 
• Learn proper security deposit claim and disbursement procedures
• Provide rental information to other agents and cooperate with referral fees
• Keep informed about status of owner's account and mention of selling
