Scott is a seasoned real estate investor and property management professional with more than 25 years of hands-on experience. He began with a single property in Cleveland, Ohio, and through strategic investing and market insight grew his personal portfolio to more than 25 units.

Throughout his career, Scott has bought and sold dozens of properties and gained extensive experience managing thousands of units, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both the ownership and management sides of real estate.

After relocating to Tampa in 2016, Scott quickly established himself in the local market, continuing to expand his investments while helping other property owners maximize the value of their assets.
