Joe Nix is a southern California transplant who has made Tampa Bay his permanent home over the last thirty years. Early on, Mr. Nix studied aviation technology at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach. After working as a commercial pilot for many years, Joe found that his real passion was in the real estate industry. He founded West Fla Builders Group in 1995, building and selling hundreds of homes in the Tampa bay region. A seasoned professional in all facets of the field from construction to property management, Joe has quickly risen to the top 2% of all Berkshire Hathaway agents nationwide. Property management and Real Estate sales is a natural for Mr. Nix whose vast knowledge of construction has saved his clients thousands of dollars. Berkshire Hathaway's CRMC® designation and Joe's active NARPM® membership make property management expertise a reality when working with Joe.
The city was incorporated in 1957 with the consolidation of the Towns of Pass-a-Grille, Don CeSar, Belle Vista, St. Petersburg Beach and unincorporated Pinellas County to become the "City of St. Petersburg Beach." In 1994, the citizens voted to shorten the name to "St. Pete Beach" to lessen the confusion with the City of St. Petersburg, located on the mainland to the east.
Tourism is an integral part of St. Pete Beach's economy due its location within 30 miles of both St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport. A clean, safe public transportation system, the Suncoast Beach Trolley, allows for easy accessibility throughout the area.
In St. Pete Beach alone there are over 3,000 vacation accommodations available to visitors, including major hotel and resort condominiums, as well as motels and smaller, more intimate lodging facilities. People come from all over to stay on world-class resorts and hotels. Sometimes they like it here so much, they never leave! See More... http://www.stpetebeach.org/
