Dori and her family lived overseas for 7 years. While there, she got her first glimpse of residential property management, handling her family’s investment properties in Florida. This long-distance experience helped Dori understand the importance of “boots on the ground” near the property and to understand and appreciate the many facets of residential management. Upon her return to the States, Dori began her career as a retail property manager managing office, retail, and mixed-use properties. She gained invaluable experience in both the Washington D.C and Florida markets working with public, private, and ground up development companies. Dori has helped owners create value and safeguard their properties while skillfully handling the needs of the tenants, for over 20 years.

Wanting to be part of a local company dedicated to excellent customer service and measurable results, Dori joined Berkshire Hathaway in 2021 as a Sales Executive with focus on Residential Property Management.

Dori contends her “superpower” is building working relationships with people, giving priority to their concerns, and creating value in the properties she manages.  If a client needs something, she will go over and beyond to assist them with their goals.

In her leisure time, Dori enjoys boating and fishing in the Gulf of Mexico with her family. She enjoys cooking with her two grandchildren, especially during the holidays.  The canal front community where she lives knows her as the photographer for their Calusa Cruising Boat Club as this is part of how she stays involved in community activities.

Trinity Area Information

The Trinity Community is named after Trinity College of Florida, a Bible college founded in 1932, when it relocated to the first occupied site in the communities developed by Dr. James Gills in the late 1980s. The main plaza is found near the high school, known as Mitchell Ranch Plaza. Trinity is located at the junction where Pasco, Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties meet.
